Description - Liquid malt extract Muntons Wheat - 25 kg

Highly concentrated (80%), liquid, unhopped extract of 55% wheat malt and 45% barley malt. Ideal to enhance the natural colouring and rich malty flavour of your beer.

  • Colour:  ≤ 10.0 (in a 10% weight/volume solution)
This means that the colour of the wort is less than or equal to 10.0 EBC when you dilute this malt extract with water to 250 litres. The density of the wort is then approximately 1.032 SG. This table provides an indication of the specific gravity (SG) and the colour when you use the extract for other volumes. This gives you the opportunity to dose this extract precisely in your own recipes.

Packaging: 25 kg jerry can with a tamper evident screw cap. Once opened keep cool and dark.

Usage: Use as a replacement for malts in the grist, or to supplement the wort and increase strength. Can be added prior to boil or post boil for easy dilution.

Ingredients: malt extract (wheat malt, barley malt, water). Contains gluten.
Suggested ingredient declaration for retail product labelling: wheat malt extract, barley malt extract.
