How much do I have to pay for shipping?

The shipping costs charged depend on various factors: the size and weight of your package, your location and the method of shipment you choose.

In your shopping basket, you will see an initial indication of the shipping costs. The exact cost will be shown at a later stage in the ordering process, after validation of your data.

In the case of large shipments it is not always possible to calculate shipping costs immediately. You can still place your order and we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the exact costs. You can then decide whether to agree to the shipping costs, prefer to arrange the transport yourself or if you want to cancel your order.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Once we have prepared your order, we will hand it over to the carrier. Within Europe, we strive to have orders delivered within 1-4 working days, but this may be affected if we are very busy, customs formalities, etc.

You can track your shipment using the track & trace we send you.

Can I choose a delivery date for my order?

No, we will send your order after we have received the payment and all items are in stock.

You can see the expected delivery date of your parcel based on the track & trace code that you receive from us as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is DPD Pickup?

DPD Pickup is the best solution if you want to receive or return parcels easily. You can always rely on outstanding service and flexibility, thanks to our widespread Pickup network of 1.500 Pickup parcelshops in the Benelux and convenient opening hours.

Can I collect my order?

Of course. During the order process, you can state that you wish to collect your order from us. You will receive an email from us as soon as your order is ready.

However, if you want to pick up your order from a different sales outlet, you also need to place your order there. Our distributor will then process your order in full.

How long will it be before my order is shipped?

We aim to prepare orders within 2 to 3 working days of receipt, provided that the items you ordered are in stock. As soon as your order is dispatched or is ready for collection, we will send you an email informing you of this.

I did not receive my order

Does your track & trace say that your order has been delivered, but you haven't received it? If so, please check whether the delivery address you provided is correct. If this is the case, the delivery company may have delivered your order to your neighbours.
