Abracadabra! Fermentation is the most magical step in your cider making process. After your apple must has been fermented will it truly become cider. The importance of fermentation can be seen in the quantity of products available. Brouwland has more than 150 different fermenters: from small for your kitchen to double-walled stainless steel installations for more advanced setups. You can further optimise this process via separate temperature control or other accessories. Brouwland also has wooden barrels if you want to have a perfect - knock on wood - fermentation.
