I'm not satisfied with my purchase. Can I return it?

Items ordered from Brouwland are sent on approval for 10 working days (14 calendar days). The approval period begins the day after the item is delivered. This means that following delivery, you have two weeks to decide whether or not you want to keep your parcel. If you decide it is not the right product for you, you can complete our return form online. Our Customer Support team will then send you the return document you need to attach to your parcel by e-mail as soon as possible.

We will only consider those items that have been returned unused in their original and undamaged packaging as 'not ordered'. Ensure the parcel is packed in a way that is shock-resistant.

The amount (excluding shipping and delivery costs) will be refunded as soon as possible once we have received and processed the parcel.

I've returned a product. When will I receive a refund?

Once our returns department informs us that your parcel has been received and been found to be in perfect condition, our Customer Support team will, depending on the agreement, take the necessary steps to request a refund or issue you with a voucher for your next order. 

We aim to make a refund within a week. Depending on your payment method, it may then take one to three working days before you have the money back in your account.

How can I exchange a product?

The item may not have been exactly what you expected it to be, or you may want a different type, colour or size. That's not a problem! In this situation, it's best to contact our Customer Support team. They will be pleased to help you.
