Description - Brewmaster Edition malt kit crushed malt - Mouten Kop - 20 l

Four young Brewers, ‘De Hopjutters’, created Mouten Kop in 2010. With this beer they won the Brouwland beer competition in the category best hobby beer. Shortly after they had their beer brewed commercially.

Description: A slightly bitter pale ale with 6% alcohol and a malty character. It has a dry and spicy aftertaste.

The malt in this malt kit is crushed and packed under a protective atmosphere. So, you can get started right away. The protective atmosphere ensures that color, aroma, and flavor are optimally preserved. Your malt is as fresh as if you had crushed it yourself just before use.

Our brewmaster carefully adjusted the malt mill during crushing to guarantee a nice yield, smooth filtration, and quick and efficient cleaning of your brew kettle. That's what we call worry-free brewing!

This malt kit is recommended for brewers with a Brew Monk or a similar all-in-one brewing kettle, but those opting for the brew-in-a-bag method can definitely get going with it too!

When putting together this malt kit, we opted for the best ingredients and stayed as faithful as possible to the original recipe.

Ingredients: barley malt, hops, beer yeast, spices.
