Acidity & SO2 measurement
Measuring acidity and SO2 is very important during brewing. It reflects the number of grams of acid in your brew; for example, wine expressed in grams of tartaric acid per litre. Only blue indicator can measure this for you. Once you have the right material in-house, acid determination is a quick and easy process. Tip: since you wish to measure the acidity of your brew often, it is better to get a bigger - and more affordable - canister straight away.
