Sweet and light in colour specifically designed for delicate beer styles. 100% British malting barley specifically tailored for the needs of the craft brewer. Smaller designated craft malt batches are malted in the Boby Malt house in Bury St Edmunds, UK to achieve a sweet flavour and light colour, ideal for delicate beers. Contains gluten.
