Sladek is a Czech aroma hop, resulting from a cross between Saaz and Northern Brewer. Fruity aroma profile with mainly grapefruit, peach, and passion fruit although there are also hints of berry aromas (redcurrant, cassis, and strawberry).
- For maximum freshness and optimum shelf life, all our hops are packed in special vacuum packages and kept in a cold-storage chamber at 5°C.
