Description - Stabiverek (Hydrogum) Erbslöh 1 kg
Liquid; composed of high-quality selected gum arabic. Natural product derived from the juice of the Acacia senegal. Neutral smell, stabilized with SO2 and citric acid.
Usage:
Prevents turbidity caused by metals such as copper and iron. Inhibits crystal formation. Gives wine a fuller mouthfeel. Stabilises the colour of red and rosé wines.
Dosage:
40-150 ml/100 l; depending on the type of wine.
Store in a dry and cool place, away from odours.
