Brouwland 50th anniversary malt kit - tripel

For Brouwland’s 50th anniversary, we asked you which beer style we should put together a malt package for. Your obvious choice was a Triple with an intense malt flavour. Thanks to the combination of barley, wheat, and rye supported by a delicate hoppiness, this malt kit makes a soft Triple with a sweet start and a long finish.

• ABV: 9.3%
• EBU: 36
• EBC: 9
• For 20 litres
• Optimal fermentation temperature: 20-25°C

Ingredients: Pils 3 EBC (barley), Pale Ale 7 EBC (barley), Wheat malt 5 EBC (wheat), Rye malt 6 EBC (rye), glucose, hops, beer yeast. The malt is not crushed. Contains gluten.
