Yep, that’s right: our hops are vacuum-packed and kept cool so that you and your beer can get the most out of the hop variety of your choice. Make your choice based on these aromas and the corresponding essential oils (i.e. citrus, flowery, herbal, etc.), the alpha-acid content, the year of harvest, and/or the country of origin.
