You use a plate filter for filtering liquids, using a highly efficient technique. How? For example, several plate-shaped filter elements are assembled together and a liquid is forced through them under pressure. This leaves the solids behind. Tip: the more plates your filter has, the finer the filtration. Nice to know: there are several plate filters available for beer filtration and wine filtration.
