Description - Vinoferm Optistart 500 g
Vinoferm Optistart is a natural product of a specially selected, inactivated yeast strain with a high content of natural glutathione, making it particularly suitable for the production of high-quality white wines. The natural glutathione and mannoproteins improve the chemical and physical stability of the wine and enhance the flavour and aroma complexity.
Furthermore, Vinoferm Optistart improves the evolution of the wine after fermentation and limits the risks associated with maturation ‘on a fine trub’. The high content of sulphur peptides, such as glutathione, provides a protective effect and reduces the risk of oxidation.
Dosage:
Starting up alcoholic fermentation: 1-3 g/10 l of juice or must.
Store in a cool (<25°C), dry, and well-ventilated place, sheltered from direct sunlight. After opening, seal the container tightly.
