Description - Dried wine yeast Vinoferm Intense 7 g

Universal yeast for fermenting wines at a wide range of fermentation temperatures. Produces elegant white wines with a pronounced fruity character. Vinoferm Intense is also an excellent choice for fruity rosé wines that can be fermented at low temperatures. Vinoferm Intense also produces fruity, well rounded red wines (especially red fruit) which can be enjoyed young.

Excellent yeast for mead.

The fermentation can be started at low temperatures. Vinoferm Intense has very good resistance to SO2 and low foam production. For optimal results, we recommend the combined use of Vinoferm Optistart and Vinoferm Zymex Intense.

Dosage:
15-25 g/hl

Use:
Stir 1 part yeast into 7 parts water and 3 parts must at 35-40°C.  Leave to rehydrate for at least 15 minutes.  Then add to the must. Make sure the temperature difference between the yeast starter and the temperature of the must in your fermentation tank is no more than 10°C.

Shelf life:
Vacuum-packed. Store unopened in a cool, dry place (<15°C, ideal 4-8°C). Use within 2-3 days of opening.
