Description - Organic Liquid Yeast WLP380-O Hefeweizen Ale IV - White Labs - PurePitch™ Next Generation

Large clove and phenolic aroma and flavour, with minimal banana. Refreshing citrus and apricot notes. Crisp, drinkable Hefeweizen. Less flocculant than ‘Hefeweizen Ale Yeast’, and sulphur production is higher.

Recommended use
