Description - MaloStar Fruit La Littorale

A highly concentrated, freeze-dried, new generation culture for malolactic fermentation. MaloStar Fruit emphasises fruitiness, due to a reduced formation of diacetyl and ethyl acetate. MLF will start and complete sooner, because of the rapid growth rate of this bacterial culture. Suitable for both white and red wines.

Dosage: Sufficient for 2,500 litres. Can be activated at the same time as alcoholic fermentation.
