Description - Südzucker candy sugar brown crushed 25 kg

The original candy sugar used by many Belgian breweries. Adds a unique flavour to your beer. Also very suitable for wines, liqueurs and pastries or for making your own elderberry syrup.

Brown candy sugar made from beet sugar is characterized by its distinctive sensory profile. The brown colour comes from a caramelization process – no colouring or aromatic additives are used.
