Characteristics
Castle Malting Wheat enhances the specific aroma of wheat malt, which is essential in the production of wheat beers, but it is also used in barley malt-based beers (3–5%). Its protein level gives beer a fuller mouthfeel and enhances foam stability. Contains gluten.
Usage
Wheat beers, white beers, light beers, alcohol-free beers or with low alcohol content. Up to 35% of the mix.
Storage
Malt should be stored in a clean, cool (< 22°C) and dry (< 35% RH) area.
