Ss Brewtech fabricates their vessels to the highest level of craftsmanship and builds quality that will compare favorably to anything on the professional brewing equipment market. All of the vessels are pressure tested, 100% sanitary welded, jacketed and insulated.

  • Outer shell: SUS304, thickness 1.5 mm, brushed finish
  • Inner container: SUS304, thickness 3 mm, smooth ground welds - 2B finish
  • Glycol jacket: SUS304, thickness 2 mm, dimple welded
  • Insulation material: polyurethane, 80 mm thickness
  • Pressure rating: 15 psi working pressure

Description - Ss Brewtech™ Pro Jacketed Unitank 5 bbl

Ss Brewtech fabricates their vessels to the highest level of craftsmanship and builds quality that will compare favorably to anything on the professional brewing equipment market.

All of the vessels are pressure tested, 100% sanitary welded, jacketed and insulated.

  • Outer shell: SUS304, thickness 1.5 mm, brushed finish
  • Inner container: SUS304, thickness 3 mm, smooth ground welds - 2B finish
  • Glycol jacket: SUS304, thickness 2 mm, dimple welded
  • Insulation material: polyurethane, 80 mm thickness
  • Ideal in combination with 5 bbl Brewhouse, for the production of 5-6.5 bbl (5.8-7.6 hl) finished beer 
  • Head space: 20% over stated size
  • Pressure rating: 15 psi working pressure
  • Jacketed surface area: 3,053 square inches
  • Diameter 121.9 cm (48") x height 215.9 cm (85")
  • Connections: pressure/vacuum relieve valve, multi-zone coolant inlet/outlet, Pt100 interface, sample valve, shadowless side man-door, hop port, carbonation stone, separate blow-off pipe, rotating CIP ball and piping, rotatable racking arm, analog temperature gauge, and over-sized yeast dump port.
