Description - Vinoferm enzyme Zymex Aroma 1 kg

Vinoferm Zymex Aroma is an enzyme complex containing β-glucosidase and pectinase for the vinification of white wines. This enzyme was specially developed to promote the release of aromas from aroma precursors.  As the presence of a lot of sugars can hinder the action of Vinoferm Zymex Aroma, it is recommended to use this enzyme complex at the end of fermentation (density 1.005).

Dosage:  
Use 6-10 g/10 l of wine (at 12-18°C, until end of fermentation). 
When used at low temperatures and/or for a shorter duration of action, the dose may be increased. 

Use: 
For effective use, it is best to dissolve Vinoferm Zymex Aroma in a generous amount of water (about 10 to 20 times its own volume). Then mix with the wine to be treated by stirring carefully. 
Once the desired aroma intensity is reached, you can stop the action of Vinferm Zymex Aroma by treating the wine with Bentonite (1-5 g/10 l). 

Storage 
Store unopened containers in a cool (< 15°C), dry place. It is recommended to use up opened containers as soon as possible.
