Description - Destemmer/crusher with rubber flaps and anti-laceration basket

This destemmer/crusher allows to maintain the organoleptic qualities of the grape. Made entirely of stainless steel. The machine, without transfer pump, is designed to handle grapes more gently. The grapes undergo a soft destemming process, due to the anti-laceration basket, the rubber flaps and the rubber covered (optional) screw.
