Bottle neck cooler
Freezer unit for freezing the bottle neck for degorging as in méthode champenoise. Thanks to the built-in electronic thermostat, the glycol solution is chilled to -25 °C. Placing the bottles in the opening upside-down for a short period causes a ‘plug’ to form in the neck, which can easily be removed on opening the bottle. With electronic thermostat and stainless steel frame.
