How to proceed:
Follow the instructions of the malt kit and add the fruit puree to the wort right along with the yeast. Make sure fermentation temperature is high enough (25°C), the unique Lanchancea thermotolerans strain of the Pinnacle Crisp Sour Ale will produce lactic acid and alcohol ... the fermentable sugars in the fruit puree will be fermented along with it.
After the fermentation is over (normally after 6-9 days, but take your time), be sure to let the beer clear out (preferably by putting it away for a good week in a cold place) so that the pulp residue and yeast particles sink to the bottom and you can bottle or keg a clear beer. After that, be patient and enjoy!
