Food fermentation

Fermentation is the use of bacteria, fungi or yeasts to obtain another delicious and healthy nutrient. For example tea will become kombucha, white cabbage will become sauerkraut or kimchi, mini cucumbers will become pickled gherkins etc. We could go on for ever. Especially when you have the right tools - such as a fermentation crock - making fermentation even more hygienic, easier and magical. Once you have mastered the basics of fermenting food, you can start experimenting with your own probiotic-rich foods!
