The faster the wort cools, the better it is for your brew. It prevents infections and allows the yeast to do its job well. A small wort cooler offers genuine benefits. And with a two-chamber model, you can sometimes cool up to 36 hectolitres of wort in one go using just under 150 hectolitres of cooling water. Take a look, keep a cool head and weigh your options. In addition, items such as a separate temperature controller, a water pump and a cooling pump kit are useful if you want to fully control the cooling process.
